Street & Bike Lane Legality
-
Veemo is designed to be legal for use in bike lanes across North America and Europe. However, your local laws and regulations may vary. It is your responsibility to inquire with your local authorities to ensure compliance with regional requirements.
-
Consider factors such as speed limits, road-sharing rules, and helmet requirements to ensure you can safely and legally operate the Veemo in your area.
Specifications and Performance Guarantee
The specifications for your Veemo, as listed on Veemo.ca, reflect the intended design and performance of the vehicle at the time of purchase. However, due to various factors—including but not limited to changes in regulations, supply chain limitations, and safety-related issues—the specifications of your Veemo may differ slightly from those displayed on the website. Veemo reserves the right to modify or update specifications without prior notice.
One important consideration for Veemo's design is its bike lane-friendly features, which include a narrow track width that enables it to navigate urban environments with ease. However, this design feature can result in stability issues at higher speeds or in windy conditions. It's important to understand that while Veemo is optimized for urban commuting, certain design choices may impact performance in specific scenarios.
This document, including these specifications and terms, serves as a purchase agreement between you and Veemo. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that your Veemo may not have the exact specifications as those presented on the website, and that any variations are not grounds for return or warranty claims.
Feel free to communicate full details with our team for a confident purchase.
Range
The range of the Veemo's electric assist depends on a variety of factors, and real-world conditions may lead to significant variations in the distance you can travel on a single charge. Under ideal conditions—such as riding on flat roads with no wind, a low rider weight, high tire pressure, and using Level 1 electric assist—Veemo’s electric assist can allow for a range of more than 100 km (62 miles). However, various external factors can have a substantial impact on the vehicle's range, including:
Terrain: Steeper hills or frequent elevation changes will reduce range.
Wind: Headwinds or crosswinds will increase resistance and reduce battery life.
Rider Weight: Heavier riders or cargo will drain the battery more quickly.
High performance rides: Higher levels of electric assist (Level 5) will consume more power.
Use of Throttle: Frequent use of the throttle will further reduce range.
Temperature: Extreme temperatures (Specifically cold and freezing) can negatively affect battery performance and overall range.
Given these factors, your Veemo's range may differ from the ideal maximum, especially under challenging riding conditions.
For users seeking extended range, additional batteries can be purchased separately and easily swapped out, allowing you to extend your ride duration as needed. For most daily commutes, the battery included with your Veemo will be sufficient to meet your needs. However, if you frequently encounter challenging conditions, you may want to consider purchasing extra batteries for added flexibility.
By purchasing and using your Veemo, you acknowledge that the range can vary significantly based on your specific riding conditions and that no guarantees are made regarding the exact range you will achieve.
By taking the time to research, test, and evaluate Veemo thoroughly, you can make an informed decision and ensure that it is the right solution for your mobility needs. If you have further questions, feel free to contact our customer support team, who are always ready to assist you.

Veemo provides detailed resources in the knowledge base to help guide owners through self-repairs and maintenance procedures. This includes comprehensive guides on how to service different components of your Veemo. For those who prefer professional assistance, local bike shops can also be utilized for repairs and maintenance, but any associated labor costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
Veemo products are built-to-order, and as such, returns are not accepted. However, in unique circumstances where a customer wishes to request a return of a Veemo due to an uncontrolled situation, the decision to accept the return is at the sole discretion of Envo’s management team on a case by case basis.
If a return is approved, the following conditions may apply:
-
A minimum 15% restocking fee will be charged, in addition to shipping and logistics costs for returning the product to our warehouse for brand new condition in original packaging.
-
If the Veemo has been used, and shows any signs of wear and tear, Envo’s management team will assess its condition and determine whether a repurchase at fair market value or listing on available Veemo marketplace as used vehicle can be an option.
-

It also includes damages caused by failures in control, stability, braking, or breakage of the system or its components, as well as risks associated with lithium-ion battery and charger use, such as fire, explosion, or other hazards during use or recharging.
