At Veemo, we are on a mission to create healthier communities and promote environmental sustainability through innovative transportation solutions. We believe in working together to build a better future and strive to ensure fairness and transparency in all our interactions. While we are committed to delivering exceptional service, we acknowledge that there may be limitations and imperfections along the way. That’s why it’s important to carefully read and understand our Terms and Conditions outlined below. By placing an order, you agree to the Privacy Policy, and the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document. Thank you for supporting our vision and joining us on this journey toward a sustainable future.

  1. Understanding Veemo

Veemo is a built-to-order product, meaning that each unit is custom-made specifically for you. Due to the high cost of logistics and transportation, it is essential that you fully understand the suitability of this product for your needs or the needs of the intended user before making a purchase.

Test Rides and Learning Opportunities

  • Local Test Rides: If there is a Veemo dealer near you, we strongly encourage you to contact them to arrange a test ride. Experiencing the Veemo firsthand will help you determine if it meets your expectations.

  • Veemo Ambassadors: In areas where Veemo Ambassadors are present, you can reach out to them for detailed product insights or to arrange a test ride. Ambassadors are knowledgeable and ready to assist with any questions you may have.

  • Visit Our Headquarters: You are welcome to visit our headquarters in Vancouver to test ride a Veemo. This can be an excellent opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of its features and functionality.

  • Online Resources: Take advantage of the extensive materials we provide, including detailed product specifications, instructional guides, and demonstration videos available on our website and YouTube. Reading user reviews can also provide valuable insights into the experiences of current Veemo owners.

Street & Bike Lane Legality

  • Veemo is designed to be legal for use in bike lanes across North America and Europe. However, local laws and regulations may vary. It is your responsibility to inquire with your local authorities to ensure compliance with regional requirements.

  • Consider factors such as speed limits, road-sharing rules, and helmet requirements to ensure you can safely and legally operate the Veemo in your area.

Specifications

The specifications for your Veemo, as listed on Veemo.ca, reflect the intended design and performance of the vehicle at the time of purchase. However, due to various factors—including but not limited to changes in regulations, supply chain limitations, and safety-related issues—the specifications of your Veemo may differ slightly from those displayed on the website. Veemo reserves the right to modify or update specifications without prior notice.

One important consideration for Veemo's design is its bike lane-friendly features, which include a narrow track width that enables it to navigate urban environments with ease. However, this design feature can result in stability issues at higher speeds or in windy conditions. It's important to understand that while Veemo is optimized for urban commuting, certain design choices may impact performance in specific scenarios.

This document, including these specifications and terms, serves as a purchase agreement between you and Veemo. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that your Veemo may not have the exact specifications as those presented on the website, and that any variations are not grounds for return or warranty claims.

Range

The range of the Veemo's electric assist depends on a variety of factors, and real-world conditions may lead to significant variations in the distance you can travel on a single charge. Under ideal conditions—such as riding on flat roads with no wind, a low rider weight, high tire pressure, and using Level 1 electric assist—Veemo’s electric assist can allow for a range of up to 100 km. However, various external factors can have a substantial impact on the vehicle's range, including:

Terrain: Steeper hills or frequent elevation changes will reduce range.

Wind: Headwinds or crosswinds will increase resistance and reduce battery life.

Rider Weight: Heavier riders or cargo will drain the battery more quickly.

Electric Assist Level: Higher levels of electric assist (Level 5) will consume more power.

Use of Throttle: Frequent use of the throttle will further reduce range.

Temperature: Extreme temperatures (both hot and cold) can negatively affect battery performance and overall range.

Given these factors, your Veemo's range may differ from the ideal maximum, especially under challenging riding conditions.

For users seeking extended range, additional batteries can be purchased separately and easily swapped out, allowing you to extend your ride duration as needed. For most daily commutes, the battery included with your Veemo will be sufficient to meet your needs. However, if you frequently encounter challenging conditions, you may want to consider purchasing extra batteries for added flexibility.

By purchasing and using your Veemo, you acknowledge that the range can vary significantly based on your specific riding conditions and that no guarantees are made regarding the exact range you will achieve.

By taking the time to research, test, and evaluate Veemo thoroughly, you can make an informed decision and ensure that it is the right solution for your mobility needs. If you have further questions, feel free to contact our customer support team, who are always ready to assist you.

  1. Ordering

Your deposit payment is refundable for 14 days, after which it is no longer refundable due to the high cost of logistics associated with arranging production of your made-to-order Veemo. We will contact you to inform you of the availability of a Veemo, and deliveries will proceed based on a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method, according to the order in which deposits are received.

Deposit Options:

  • $500 Deposit: By selecting this option, you initiate the production of a made-to-order Veemo. This deposit is refundable for 14 days from the date of payment. After 14 days, the $500 deposit becomes non-refundable due to the irreversible costs associated with arranging production for your order. If no cancellation is made within this period, the $500 deposit will be applied toward your final payment for the full price of the Veemo, which will be collected upon delivery.

  • Full Payment: By choosing to pay the full purchase price upfront, you will receive a discount of 4% off the total purchase price of your Veemo. When you make the payment, you initiate the production of a made-to-order Veemo. The full payment amount is refundable for 14 days from the date of payment. After 14 days, the full purchase price minus the $500 deposit remains refundable, however, the $500 portion of the payment becomes non-refundable due to the associated production costs. After your Veemo ships, the payment is still refundable, however a restocking fee of 15% of the full purchase price will apply.

Production and Delivery:

Initiating production of a made-to-order Veemo requires a deposit. The estimated delivery date of your Veemo depends on our current inventory status in different regions, so please reach out to us about your delivery timeline. Please note that this is only an estimate, as factors beyond our control, such as supply chain disruptions, may affect the final delivery date. If the delivery of your Veemo exceeds the estimate Envo provides, you will be compensated with a delivery delay reimbursement of 1% of the full payment amount for each month of delay.

A Deposit only provides you with the rights expressly provided in these Terms and does not grant you any other rights, including, without limitation, a guarantee of a vehicle price or delivery date.
